In my classes i use somatic approaches, guided Improvisation, with a lot of room for authentic expressing, body work alone and in couples to experience nurturing and mindful touch as well as meditational states of mind to help you…
- raising your body perception and awareness & calming your chattering monkey mind (that is often telling us that we are not good enough, or maybe to much or else.....
- to be totally present in your body, creating good contact between your body and mind that can open up new states of being and feeling, which can be astonishingly freeing!
- to increase your creativity and most of all your pleasure in moving!
- to allow your self to be seen, to fully express yourself, taking space and trust your impulses!
